What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy practice rooted in the Japanese tradition of working with universal life-force energy. The word Reiki is often translated as “universal life energy”—an intelligent, subtle energy that moves beyond the limitations of the physical body.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner becomes a channel for this energy, creating a quiet space for you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki does not require you to believe in anything or to have a particular spiritual practice. You simply allow yourself to pause and receive.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming and restorative. You may notice a sense of warmth, stillness, emotional release, clarity, or simply the feeling of being able to breathe a little deeper and let go.

This is more than a traditional Reiki session—it is an opportunity to completely slow down and receive.
Your session may include gentle hands-on Reiki touch or no physical touch at all, depending on your comfort and what feels right for you. When working without touch, Reiki is offered within the auric field, creating space for you to relax and receive without physical contact.
Throughout the session, I may incorporate tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, and other frequency-based tools to create a layered experience of sound, vibration, and energy.
Each session also includes a Human Design chart reflection and intuitive guidance, along with an oracle reading to offer insight into what may be asking for your attention.
Every session is a little different, because you are different every time you arrive.

Reiki is a subtle, intelligent energy—one that is not limited by physical space or distance. In a distance Reiki session, the intention and connection of the practice are carried beyond the physical room, allowing you to receive Reiki from wherever you are. Distance sessions are a beautiful option for anyone who wants to experience Reiki from the comfort of home, has a full schedule, travels often, or simply feels most at ease in their own space. Your session takes place virtually through Zoom. You’ll be guided into a comfortable, restful space where you can settle in, breathe, and simply receive. There’s no need to travel, prepare anything elaborate, or “do” anything.

Reiki Trainings-
Step into the world of Reiki and discover one of the most accessible and transformative energy healing practices available today. Rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage, this immersive training is designed for those who feel called to deepen their connection with energy, healing, and self-discovery.
We explore the rich history and origins of Reiki, the principles that guide this sacred practice, and the foundations of working with life force energy. You will learn how Reiki flows through the body, how to cultivate energetic awareness, and practical techniques for self-healing and supporting the well-being of friends and family.
During this training, you will be Receive Reiki Attunements, opening the channel for Reiki energy to flow more consciously through your hands and heart. Upon completion, you will receive your Usui Reiki Certification. Level 1, 2 & Master/teacher are Available.
